Comprehensive Initial Assessment

Your Crescent Wellness Collective RDN will gather health history and understand your background to support your needs best.

Nutrition Consultations

Here’s where the magic happens. You will meet with your RDN weekly or monthly to support your health goals and get the health guidance you’ve been waiting for.

Food Logging App

You will have access to a food logging app to support your meal goals.

Note: Simple pictures of meals needed only, no need for weighing or measuring meal components.

Optional Add-On: Functional Labs

While not covered by insurance, functional lab testing (such as Gut Zoomer Test, hormone panels, or micronutrient testing) is available as an optional add-on. These tests can offer deeper insight into your health and help us create a more tailored, detailed protocol to support your goals.

Realistic Goal Setting

Collaborative, realistic goal setting that’s regularly revisited to support meaningful, sustainable progress.
